Jeremiah "Jerry" Barr was born in October 1894 Saline County, Missouri, to John E Barr and Bettie Sims-Barr.

Jerry married Vera Bell and they raised four children. The above photo was taken with Jeremiah's brothers and neighbors, standing in front of two massive hay bails they had put together.
