Mary Frances Campbell was born 3/8/1900. The Gold Standard Act is ratified the following week, placing the United States currency on the gold standard. Republican incumbent William McKinley would be reelected President later that year.
John married Mary circa 1920 and the two had seven children. Mary was amongst the first women given the right to vote, when Republican Warren G. Harding defeated Democrat James M. Cox and Socialist Eugene V. Debs in the US Presidential Election on November 2nd, 1920.
John Clarence Barr, Jr. died July 14th, 1966 in Marshall, Missouri, and Norma would pass April 11th, 1985.
