Phyllis Ann Barr was born to James Barr and Minnie Schieberl-Barr circa 1939 Shackelford, Missouri, the youngest of eleven children. She would grow up on the family farm in Saline County, and go on to marry "Mr." Kilgore. It is unknown where they would live, or whether they had any children.
